Jax is our Heart of the Rockies Radio News Pet of the Week! Make sure to tune in to any Heart of the Rockies Radio station every Wednesday morning to catch our featured pet :). 
 
Are you looking for an all around great cat? You’re in luck, meet Jax! Jax is a 5 year old male Domestic Longhair mix who will steal your heart as soon as you meet him ?. Jax came to the shelter when a kind samaritan brought him in near Cottonwood Hot Springs. We were hopeful that an owner would come forward to claim this cuddly feline, but unfortunately no one ever did. He is enjoying life in a wonderful foster home now, and is excited to see what the future will bring! 
Jax loves to lounge around near his favorite people and catch some rays of sun in the afternoon. When not cuddling with his fosters you can find him making quick friends with the big dogs in his foster home. He doesn’t seem to mind the other cats in his home, typically ignoring them as he’d prefer to play with his canine friends.
