Hi!
We are writing on behalf of our sweet girl Loona (formerly Lola) who we adopted in May 2012. She is a Black & Tan Coonhound and a true Colorado dog. We adopted her after losing one of our doxies to cancer and we needed another big personality in the house. Loona jumped right in to the family as a great fit. In our year and a half together we have hiked three 14ers, thrown a tennis ball more times than anyone has time to count and swam countless hours in high altitude lakes. She loves tagging along for backcountry skiing and has even road-tripped out to visit Scout at school in Lake Tahoe where she will live and hike and swim all summer long. Loona has learned to sit, stay, play dead and how to open the backdoor. She is always complimented on her beauty when she strolls around town and has us humans wrapped around her fingers.

We are her forever home and she will always be part of the family.
