Behavior Objectives and Enrichment Plan for Echo

With the intent of transparency to the public about Echo’s current care, below is a detailed outline of Echo’s daily enrichment plan. Echo’s kennel size has been inspected by the Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA) program, and is currently in compliance (please see the detailed PACFA report here).

Echo’s case is pending and no action will be taken as the legal process is conducted. A hearing will occur on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023.
