Pets of the Week – Heart of the Rockies Radio

Tippy is an adorable 1-year-old Chihuahua mix. When she first came to the shelter in March she was terrified. After several days of patience and attention she started to trust AVHS staff. She can be fearful when meeting new people, but with a few slow introductions (and some tasty treats) she learns to trust new humans too!

Tippy is looking for a calm and quiet home where she can continue gain confidence. If you’ve been looking for a smaller dog (Tippy weighs 22 pounds) and have the heart to help out a pup in need, please consider adopting Tippy!
