Pet of the Week – Heart of the Rockies Radio

Today’s Pet of the Week is Ruru, is a big girl, with a big heart! This sweet 10-year-old senior cat weighs 20 pounds. Like all AVHS adoptable cats, Ruru has had bloodwork, including a senior wellness panel. Her results showed no underlying medical issues contributing to her weight, so she’s simply enjoying a weight-management diet and regular playtime to help keep her active. Ruru is a total purr machine with so much love to give. Best of all, her adoption fee has been waived because the shelter believes every senior cat deserves a loving home.
