Pet of the Week – Heart of the Rockies Radio

Abracadabra is our Heart of the Rockies Radio News  Pet of the Week!

Recently, Ark-Valley Humane Society received a call for assistance with a group of several cats in need of help after they were found living in hazardous conditions. AVHS quickly responded and brought these cats into our shelter and care. They were given the theme of the “Lady Gaga” cats and were named after various Lady Gaga songs. When they first arrived, this group of cats were very shy and unsure around humans. We have been working patiently to help them come out of their shell and become more comfortable in their environment. There are 3 Lady Gaga cats currently still looking for homes. We have chosen the oldest cat, a 10 year-old female cat named Abracadabra as Pet of the Week to help her get some adoption interest. Usually Pet of the Week animals have 50% off adoption fees, but as a senior cat, her adoption fee is waived!
