Pet of the Week – Heart of the Rockies Radio
If you’ve been following our page, you’ve probably seen Trixie’s photo a few times by now. She is a 7 year old female Bull Terrier who has been with the shelter for 113 days. Trixie is goofy and extremely lovable. She recently got to spend a day away from the shelter and her short term foster reported that “She is SUCH a sweet girl! Calm, quiet and playful.” You can tell from these photos that Trixie was so relieved for a short break from the shelter.
She needs a very special home, and we hope someone reading this now may be that home ? Trixie needs to be the only pet in your home. She is also a senior gal, so a home that is willing to take in a loving older dog is needed. Unfortunately Miss Trix is not fully housebroken, so will need a patient owner that will continue to help her with this as well. We really hope her human is out there, please share this post and help get Trixie home! ?
