Abira Gets A Second Chance

Abira Gets A Second Chance
by

She’s full of energy, a ball of cuteness, and a total cuddle-bug. At just 15 days old, we welcome our newest (and smallest) resident, Abira. Abira means ‘strong’ in Hebrew and that’s just what this little kitten is. Abira was found by a good samaritan who noticed that her eyes were wrecked with infection and thought surely she needed to be put down. Upon visiting a vet, Abira will indeed need to have her eyes removed, but can make a full recovery and live a long and healthy life. We can’t wait to see Abira’s progress and we hope you will continue to partner with us as we help little ones like Abira have another chance at life.
