Small Dog Sweaters and Coats Available! If you are the proud guardian of the smaller variety of canine companion, stop by the shelter to browse through our container of gently used doggie sweaters and coats. For a small donation, we can help your little friend stay warm and cozy and add some extra 'flair' to their winter wardrobe.

The Great Feline Fix results: First of all, we wish to thank all of the veterinarians that were willing to participate and open their office for surgeries on a Saturday - THANK YOU SO MUCH! While the goal of 'fixing' 100 felines was pretty ambitious we did manage to get 14 cats fixed, which is better than NONE! If we are to make this a successful event next year, we need the participation of every cat lover, guardian and owner. Please give us your input on how we might make this a better and more effective endeavor. E-mail your comments to director@ark-valley.org and "thank you" for being a responsible cat guardian and spaying or neutering your felines!
